Customer Service / Return Policy

Please read carefully. Lisa First has a 12-day return policy from the date of purchase with receipt. Lisa First credit only. All sales are final.

Texas Sales Tax

Any order purchased within the state of Texas will be subject to Texas Sales Tax.

Repairs

Repairs needed within the first 12 days of purchase with receipt will be honored at no charge. Repairs thereafter will be made by contacting our customer service department by email. Merchandise must be sent back to us and a written repair quote will be provided and must be signed by the purchaser before any repair work will begin.

Shipping
Ladybug Pudgy Greeting
Lisa First ships worldwide. Our regular shipping is via U.S. Postal Service with signature confirmation starts at $5.00 (and may cost more with a larger order). We also offer a wonderful Pudgy Greeting shipping option, and this will be a total of $9.00 with signature confirmation. The Pudgy Greeting packaging is our wonderful Ladybug. Please contact our customer service department by if you would like to have your order shipped by a method not mentioned.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery if the item is in stock. In the event that an item is a special order including but not limited to a memory bracelet or teen design bracelet notification of delivery will be sent by email or phone to the purchaser. Special orders can often take up to 4 weeks depending on the request. If a design is on backorder, or out of stock completely, notification will be sent to the purchaser by email or phone.
